I don't know what happens there with the glasses we bought 4 glasses and we can't see and we went to ask and they told us that everything was fine it's a terrible service
When we made the appointment for the eye exam, we were told that we didn't have to get our glasses from them. I have used the eye doctor there in the past, and was happy with the quality of the exam. I went there today for my appointment, and the doctor side was excellent. Then I was escorted to the eyeglass side. When I told them I wasn't getting glasses today, and asked for my PD, they refused to give me that information. Then she said something really brilliant. That that measurement is only for their lab, and it varies from one lab to another. REALLY! The distance from center to center of my pupils is the same wherever it gets measured. My wife is seriously ill, and a $500.00 pair of glasses isn't possible. She was rude. I'll never go back.
I had a great experience today in Marx optical, in Decatur. Every one was so nice, and polite. I must give a special thanks to Ja, she literally took her to help me pick out frames. She never rushed me. Thank you Ja so much for sticking with me.
