The girl who did my Botox was nice, but they didnt honor the price One receptionist told me I was able to get discount as a new patient but when I finish, there was another receptionist and she said I cant get that same discount!

Went to see Haley ...truely disappointing! She was in my opinion rude...didnt care to listen to my concerns..actually didn't even get close enough to me to look at me! Only gave her opinion and was very blunt when she spoke to me...she has zero personality...it was a waste of my time.

I visited here once and they unknowingly signed me up for a follow-up appointment that I never confirmed and then charged me a $50 no show fee. Ive called 3 times and been assured they would reverse it each time, and they still havent.
