Horrible service!! My wife has been on the waiting list for months for a car that she was told she would be getting first claim on and had an appointment to do the paperwork for this car. Not only did she drive over an hour to do this she was contacted 10 minutes before her scheduled appointment with a salesperson whom she has been speaking to for months that the car was being sold Bad salesman ship all around!! I will be sending a very long email to Kia corporate and the BBB this is not the first Kia to do this to her and its unacceptable.

Thank you for reaching out. Our top priority is delivering 100% customer satisfaction, and it's clear, in your case, we fell short. The delay in your vehicle service was primarily a result of my actions. I had a significant situation involving several employees in my Express Shop, that required immediate attention/intervention. As a result of this meeting, I caused a backup in the flow of the express shop work assignments. I committed the deadly act of "assuming" that my service advisors would seek help from my Main Shop technicians with the handling of the Express Shop appointments. Unfortunately, that did not happen and your service was delayed. It is very rare for me to have to shut down the operation of a component of the service teams but in this case, I determined it necessary to do so. Please accept my humble apology and my request that you reconsider your current assessment of Bayside Kia Service. There's a bunch of regular everyday people who work here who are trying hard to do it right every day in a very demanding, high-pressure industry. ***** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ****** As soon as I walked into the service dept to drop off my car I was greeted with a strong cigarette smell .. my appointment was for 5:00 pm . I was told it takes 1 and 1/2 hrs for my car to be done. Well its now 6:47pm and I went outside to take a phone call and notice my car was still in the same spot I left it I went and spoke to the adviser she stated they havent even started on my car yet and just looked at me like I was retarded if u were paying attention and saw that the people waiting is now over 1 and 1/2 hrs. Why not just come apologize and communicate how much longer it will be .. Im now told i will need to sit here in the VERY cold waiting room for another 40 mins hoping and praying they actually start working on my car. I wont buy here again or recommend anyone to buy or service here as well its a hassle ! there are so many other car dealers on 301

I have had the worst experience ever in purchasing a vehicle with Salesperson/Amy. Very nice at first, got me into the store and things felt a little rushed, but I didn't really focus on that until the end of the deal when its time to put the tag on the car...Customer Service I MEAN LEFT!!! No is everything okay, ensure things are working, no instructions, no double check with me to ensure vehicle was clean (which it wasn't) before we drove off, tank half full.........NO, She jumped into her personal car sped off fast windows down music jamming and we are still on the parking lot...No good night, straight nothing.... THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and not to mention I have purchased several vehicles in the past and was treated great, After a week I am still HURT, UPSET, and DISAPPOINTED about my experience.
