We responded very quickly to his issues. We sent a tech 150 miles to his home to take care of the issues. All issues were taken care off.

Bought 85 000 dollar boat terrible service . Was told ray marine touch screen could not function like it was supposed to. They didn't know how to set it up. Winterized and got back a mess. Paint on seats boat damaged when they put it on my trailer. Called for explanation on water tank fill location. No response.

I am sorry you feel this way. On your sales contract it was clearly written and signed off by you that boats of this age, in this case 18 years old, are sold "as is". See your used boat "as is" rider. We guarantee lights to be working, bilge pumps to work, engine to start, run idle, and shift etc. Trailers are also sold "as is" with lights only working. I purchased a boat and trailer over the internet from Dand R. and was told everything was in excellent shape and the boat had been stored indoors with only 298 hours. I am in Seattle and relied on their representation of status when I agreed to purchase I hired a hauler to take it cross country after purchase, and he said all the tires had dry rot on the sidewalls. When the tires came off, all the brakes were totally rusted away making it unsafe to sell. The pictures are unbelievable! They had 10 days to inspect and inform me of the deficiency, and they did not. They agreed previously in writing to fix deficiencies, and are refusing now to reimburse me.

If you're looking for great service very new boat Go-no-further. The service department with Pete and rob junior are aces. I can't say enough about Them. They keep my charter boat running and do everything possible to do it in a timely fashion

Depending on how old the part is the manufacturer usually does not stock or sell us parts for boats older than 5 years old. Not sure what you were looking for. All our customers are valued to us. Without you we do not exist.

Went to get boat parts for a Parker. They told me they didn't make them anymore. I purchased them on Amazon.
