Hi Thomas, the photo you posted is not our thin crust pizza! That is called our double dough. We sever these as slices so customers get a more filling meal for cheaper. I hope you’ll come back soon and give our thin crust a try.

Roati's claims Chicago's best thin pizza. It's not great by any stretch. It's dougy and truly wasn't very thin. The crust rolls up in a weird way. Ordered an Italian beef too. Roll was grilled and it was not dipped in au jus, nor did it come with any. They're open late for a quick bite. That's the best I can say.
