The immunocompromised need not apply. If you get sick often either don't apply or go to work sick. Car accident? keep going to work. Pipe bursts? ignore it and go to work. Or, like me, you'll be fired. Oh and if you don't like people assuming your mentally handicapped or getting your intelligence insulted? too bad they'll do both.
