Parking was a nightmare, to say the least. Took us almost an hour to find a spot which was annoying after paying 77$ for admission. There's also not alot of animals here, which was very disappointing, dirty cages and grounds. My family travels all over the US for my husband's job, we've seen alot of Zoo's, wish we would have passed on this one. If you can travel, definitely check out Oklahoma City Zoo or Washington's Point Defiance Zoo... both 100000x better and less expensive for admission and they do not charge for 2 year Olds.

I need to leave a review for Ms. Candace and Ms. Brittany. I am not from here I am from Las Vegas on vacation with my family, coming to the cool zone at the zoo, Candace and Brittany were amazing with assisting with my family and I getting in the water park right when tickets sold out thank you ladies so much for making sure we were taken care of .

We were pretty upset about all of the things that are closed at the zoo including exibts, shops,and refreshments. We only found out AFTER purchasing our family membership. It would have been helpful to know of this beforehand. We were also incorrectly explained what was included in our membership (were told it would include my husband and I as well as up to 6 children a Nanny and one adult guest.) Since my children have a nanny that attends family days with us we were super excited about this! Only to find out that the employee explained it wrong to us and she can NOT attend with us without purchasing a ticket unless we are not present and provide her with a note that is signed and dates. This deflects the purpose for us.
