Im so terribly sorry that happened! Sometimes those carpets will remain damp for quite a bit after each shampooing. Well work to do a better job at making sure theyre sufficiently dried before future rentals. Very sorry, again, for the inconvenience. If given the chance, wed love to make it up to you during a future visit.
