Terrible experience. Staff was uninterested and inattentive. There was urine puddles on the floor in one of the restrooms. It was dark enough that I didn't see it until I stepped in ur so those shoes had to be thrown away. :| The server was everywhere but paying attention to us. They didn't have some of the bar beverages, is the ingredients to make them. This location is right across from the Convention Center where over 4,500 people spent most of the week. I'm not sure if they don't communicate with other businesses but they were not staffed to accommodate visitors to the area! It's a shame because the food was tasty.

Food was good but the service was very slow took about 15 minutes just to get our drink order. The girl waiting on us was trying to do the entire bar plus 5 or 6 tables.

Had a corporate event there. The event planner was an absolute mess and didn't share with our group the riding bull was broken (and had been for 6 months). That was literally why we picked the venue. The location was visually juice with ample parking in the nearby garages (weekday). Most of the staff thr day of our event were pleasant and accommodating. Hostess was abrupt and less than helpfull. Food was generic in flavor but the delivered on a well prepared rare patty and the fries were delicious. The event food was a little above average and everyone had a nice time. Will not work with their event planner again and will avoid any further events there.
