Go somewhere else. Theres always trouble with appointments. Ive been coming here for 6 month and theres always an issue. Either theyll make me wait over 20 minutes despite arriving on time or make me wait because I arrive 5 minutes late. Just an unpleasant experience every time

Worst haircut experience! Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment with Kris. She left me sitting there for over 40 minutes - no updates or apologies. Did not listen to a single answer I gave to her questions regarding what I wanted for this haircut - gave me exactly what I said I didn't want and butchered my hair. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional the entire time and kept me 2 HOURS past my appointment time.

Even after showing the haircut didnt get any of the layers properly done they just trimmed the hair like before and costly as well
