Ordered 2 chicken parm sandwiches for lunch. Delivery took over an hour and half. Called restaurant they lied to me about time. Driver called me and also lied about time. Poor way to run a business...
To be frank, the cashier (Hispanic Women is her late 40's) has always been rude and always sends the food wrong. I don't understand how they let her work there. Every time I order, she's either really rude and acts like if she can't hear you and I sometimes feel she makes the orders wrong on purpose if she doesn't like you or knows who you are already. I really like the food but her attitude problem makes me not want to order food less. I only call when I know the other guy is there (very nice) and order. Her boyfriend is the cook and also has delivered food to my apt but also has a horrible attitude. I don't understand how the owner has them ( cook and cashier) working there when they make the place less desirable!!! Horrible service from the cashier and delivery guy!! Please, be aware and careful!!
You guys dropped the ball big time. A 2 hour pizza delivery from a place 10 minutes away. We call at an hour past and you inform us there's been an accident and our orders had to be re taken. Upon delivery we say, "sorry about the driver getting into an accident" the driver shrugs and says there was no accident. So you lied? "Sorry" *shrugs* We give you a ring and call you out and demand a refund. You hit pause, put us on hold and then hang up. We call back, you put us on hold indefinitely. COME ON GUYS. That's sad. It's 101 bad business. D O B E T T E R. Treat your customers better and fix it up! One bad. Sad. Star
