Hey William, We are out of town but I would like to talk to you about your experience. I am sorry and I think it was a big misunderstanding and would like to make this right. Our sales person thought the extra size was a bonus on your end. You have been a great customer and we don't want to lose your business. You have always been so fun to work with and I will correct this at no charge on Monday when we return from our business trip.

I specifically requested 8 separate 3.5" inch strips of vinyl cut, this way they could be applied as striped. Instead I recieved 8 strips on two sheets making it impossible to peel off one at a time let alone use it for my intended application. They were also 3.75" in width. When confronted with these concerns the only thing they could say was and I quote, "Well you've already paid for them." I refuse to do any more business with them...the lack of professionalism, and poor listening skills and the carelessness have left a foul taste in my mouth. So much for trying to support small hometown businesses.
We are sorry for your issue. We worked with your mother on making these items and we were told to make them out of heat press. She chose the colors out of the heat press sample book for your items. She asked for the cheapest way to monogram where we told herheat press. I agree embroidery looks better on a diaper bag but we make what the client orders. Your mother was happy with what we did when picking up the order but changed her mind after being verbally berated by you over the phone that it was not what you wanted.. We apologized the day the order was received several times. We apologized to you over the phone even thought we never spoke to you before hand. We made exactly what your mother ordered so yes we made her pay for it. I am going to say the moral of the story is if you want it done a certain way please order it yourself.

Work was not performed as requested. Requested embroidered personalization on my unborn son's hospital outfits & diaper bag. Vinyl was applied instead of embroidery & totally ruined all 4 items. Fonts, colors, & sizing of personalization were also all wrong. Owner & employee were EXTREMELY rude about the entire situation & not once even offered a simple apology & refused to make this order right. When we refused to pay for the work performed since it wasn't what we requested, we were told that we would not be given our merchandise back that was purchased elsewhere until we paid. Had to repurchase all 4 items & take them to a different shop to have personalization done, costing us over $100 for a mistake that was not our fault. Will make sure EVERYONE knows the HORRIBLE work & customer service we received from this establishment.
They take forever to get to your order and if you ask for a refund they get an attitude about it
