Hello and thank you for your feedback. I checked the case you describe and I can confirm that the issue you experienced was not due to any malfunctioning of our website or order form. The errors which were shown after your payment attempts were: "Do not honor". This is an error on the side of your bank, some banks require approval before accepting overseas transactions. If you wish to know more about why those charges were unsuccessful, you can contact the bank which issued your card as they will be able to provide you with more information.

Good price, but comes at a price. I wanted to purchase SSL through cpanel, so I add everything to my cart, go to pay, I go to login to my administration account and cannot login from the page I am taken to. So I login from the main page. Once there, I again add the SSL service to my cart, and go to checkout. I attempt to pay using my credit card, and I am stuck in an endless loop, from the payment screen to the invoice screen and back again. Only when I select paypal as a payment method, does it let me pay. As a web hosting company, they should at a minimum make sure their site works.

Used a 5+ year old PayPal authorization to renew some account that I dont want to use. Every email said Your payment method is: Credit/Debit Card ", I removed all my card from the service so that they can not use my cards. Still stole the money from my PayPal using a 2016 authorization

Amazing hosting company :) Been using WebHostFace for 2 years now and whenever I had concerns, their support was nothing short of remarkable! Very responsive and you can really see that they're trying their best to help. Server uptime is also great. I get around 200K+ visitors a month and my shared hosting plan can still handle the traffic (with help from a CDN service, of course).

Great host with great startup deals. If you want to test it, you only get to pay $9 for a whole year! Their support is also 24/7 which is rare for such a cheap deal.

By keeping obfuscated code on your website you not only endanger your other sites of being infected but the quality of service for all other users on the shared server, including causing a bad reputation of the server IP and exhausting a huge number of server resources. Therefore, we take such issues extremely seriously. However, we always provide customers with sufficient time and tools to clean-up their malware before limiting their websites. Moreover, once the site is cleaned up, we remove all limitations to it and it restores its full functionality. For customers who have had multiple cases of malware on their sites, we are forced to take further precaution in order to keep the integrity and functionality for other clients up to par. If your account has had multiple malicious content instances, then it becomes a liability to the overall server. -10 (Minus rating) Worst hosting company ever I have seen in my 10 years career. Cheating hosting company who traps customer for cheaper rate and not giving basic service like email and forcing customer to buy their static IP for 60$ per year They don't activate website to the live which are clean.
