Very rude customer service and tech support got with more reputable company like cmp products or pebble tech. Rudeness and talking down to people like you know everything is never needed.

Mike you spoke to our technical field installer and he told you what needed to be done. You confirmed you have not fixed the problem in order to get your burner working. A burner will only give out what you give into. You only have 300,000 BTU to your unit and you need 400,000 BTU which is not sent to the burner. The burner will work properly if you give it the proper amount of gas. We can not refund a burner once it has been installed and burned the item has to be in the same condition it was received. Until you fix the problem you will never get enough flame or get a smaller burner. We have done 1,000,000 BTU fire features in pools without a problem in residential homes here is Los Angeles with no issues because they ran proper gas lines. We have told you numerous times you have to increase your gas line but until you do that you will not see a difference. It is up to you and your gas plumber to get the appropriate amount of gas to the fire pit.

Over priced burners, poor technical help, waste of money & time. The brochure of burners throwing flames is very misleading. The pictures are of propane done at 10 PSI. If you live in CA the Southern CA Gas Co can only deliver Natural Gas at 0.25 PSI for residential. Making it impossible to get their $1,500 burner to get a flame like their advertised picture. If you want a refund on the item due to it not working your out of luck. Do not waste your hard earned money on these products and save yourself a headache from trying to get support from these no customer service, arrogant owners.

I recently purchased the Quad Concrete Fire Pit for my back yard set up and I love it! Friends and Family love the style and look of it.
