The lady who answers the telephone is really rude. She kept trying to rush me off the telephone when i was trying to ask important questions about services. I guess she had better things to do. I will definitely try to avoid calling this business for any services and take my business elsewhere.

The busy signal comes on frequently and when you finally get a hold of someone they hang up on you. They need a more effective way to answer phones especially when employees are calling to see if it is okay to come back to work during a pandemic.
