Hi James, I'm sorry you had a bad experience but that was not with Level Nine Media -I am more than sure you have the wrong person/company, since I have not worked with a James in the last five years, and that client was very happy with his fishing website and still calls me for work. Additionally, I have always had a 100% refund policy if you are not happy with our work for whatever reason, so there's no way this happened.

Please refund my money for the website I never received. It has been a nightmare posting false reviews in the last few weeks isn't going to cover up the truth you cannot deliver what you promise. Over a month still no website unacceptable.

Level Nine Media was the best, they helped me with my construction website and even showed me how to edit the site in future. Thank you Robert for everything you did, my construction jobs have not stoped.

Robby is very talented with web work, but his business skills and practices are beyond pathetic. He does not return phone calls or answer messages promptly. I had to ask for some tasks to be completed multiple times, and some were never finished. I got jerked around for about 6-7 weeks trying to get the last few items completed. Finally I offered him another $200 if he would complete it by midnight. I requested nothing new, just a list of what had been previously requested, and demanding they all be accomplished fully and properly, no shortcuts. In 3 hours he had most of them done. Then he disappeared again, and did not complete the work. I began changing passwords and access codes so that he would not destroy what had been done. He did manage to erase some of his work. Avoid this dude, Robby Gray, and do not pay a nickel until you verify his work has been done completely.
