I built a new house and this was one of the contractors I was required to work with. They goofed up multiple times, then tried to convince me that it would have looked weird if we kept it the way I originally designed, which I realized was just them covering their butts. Also lied about the terrible granite that I was required to contract through them itll be 5x more expensive if you go somewhere else when I found a place WAY cheaper than their baseline price, and that was for updated quartz. I feel very taken advantage of with this company. I truly hope no one has to work with them. TERRIBLE experience. The builders I built with stopped working with them too, so that says a lot

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGH QUALITY WORK AND PRODUCT IN THE TWIN CITIES! Brandon was amazing to work with. He assisted with choosing the the most beautiful and perfect wood floor for our home. The installation was done by Cole and his assistant. He was equally amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a beautiful job installing our floor. Chose Town & Country Carpet to replace the carpeting in our flooded basement. Brandon was terrific to work with and very accommodating during this very stressful time. During our initial contact he told me that final payment wasn't due until I was 100% happy. Mike, the installer went the extra mile to lay my extremely long carpet with absolutely no visible seams. There was a minor issue and Brandon was true to his word and quickly had Mike take care of the problem. Not only am I 100% satisfied I would definitely hire them again for any future work at my home. I've dealt with many contractors over the past few months due to the flooding and many over the 26 years in my home and I truly wish all the companies were as great as Town & Country. I highly recommend Brandon and trust that he'll do a great job for you too.

My husband and I would highly recommend Town & Country Carpet and Flooring. Our carpeting was delivered and installed on the promised date. The installers were professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the new carpeting.
