I genuinely don't understand why the rating is so high for this company. I chose to go to NCLogowear due to its convenience of location and the reviews I read on Google and Yelp. However, that being said given my experience these past few months I will never be returning to NCLogowear for business. I first brought shirts over to be screen printed and for the most part everything turned out well. However, they didn't call or email me to come in to look at a samples and what would have taken a week to complete ended up taking 3 because they were "waiting" on me to come a confirm their sample proof. I brought a second order to be printed while they were still finishing up my first order. Due to complications of placing the design on the tank top we decided to print vinyl rather than screen print. After they agreed that the design would fit in the locations I wanted they called me to approve their sample proof. Since the sample proof looked fine and I had no complaints we proceeded with the other remaining pieces. It took them about 2 additional weeks to finish them after which I had to cal them to ask if they were done because I received no notification that the pieces were done. After returning home with the samples I noticed numerous discrepancies with the vinyl printing. The vinyl was poorly cut in numerous places and was torn as well. I emailed Evan and attached images of the poor printing to discuss terms of a refund or reprint and after one reply to my initial email I received no more follow up emails. Frustrated with their lack of communication I walked in with the poorly printed tank tops and tried to workout a solution in person rather than over email. He agreed that they would reprint the tank tops and would have to strip the old design and place a new one over part of the old one. After an additional two weeks I picked up the reprinted tanks tops, yet again there was something wrong with their reprint. The chemical they used to remove the vinyl stained the tank tops and damaged the fabric. So I had to return yet again to have these pieces fixed. After three times of trying to get the printing correct they finally got it right. While the printing looks fine the two months it took dealing with NCLogowear to get my order correct was not worth the trouble. In conclusion, NCLogowear does no quality control whatsoever. Their email and response rate is extremely poor and if I didn't walk in to have a face to face discussion with the staff and NCLogowear I would still have pieces of apparel that were unable to be sold. Regardless, given this poor experience I will never be returning to this company for business.

I emailed numerous times and followed up with a phone call to ensure that my project for a friends wedding would be completed on time. I was assured that the embroidery and plan could be completed and so stopped consulting with other companies. I never received any follow up. I had confidence that we were on the same page after physically speaking with Evan on the phone but my project was never completed. If I had been given the expectation that what I was asking couldnt be done or that I needed to design a more exact logo in order for the product to be delivered I would have worked with Logowear to help or just kept searching for a different company. This cant be resolved as the timeline has expired.

Baysix embroidered my logo on my uniforms for my business, they did an excellent job. I have no complaints. I have had numerous compliments from my own customers on how it looks.

Horrible customer service. When I first approached them, I received rapid responses. It tapered off, and I've been waiting weeks for a quote for service, with no response to my contact attempts. I have taken my business elsewhere.
