I had to drop my car today for a part recall replacement and I kept telling the service rep to send me a flexible pick up Uber link since I won't be able to make it between 4-5 pm. Took me three calls and they still got it wrong. Now I have to make time between my busy work schedule tomorrow to go pick up the car. Extremely unhelpful and unfriendly place. One of the worst customer services I have experienced. For the price we pay for this car it is not worth it. Can't wait to return my car. This is a horrible place. Please do not do business with them.

I had an excellent experience that range rover Stevens Creek my sales person Dalton Albaugh is an excellent sales person who took his time and sold me the right vehicle. I am thrilled with my brand new 2019 range rover sport supercharged. I had gone to several other range rover dealerships but I was not treated as well as I was at Stevens Creek. Constant lack of customer service skills and continuously dissuaded to purchase a vehicle here, in person or phone. Coming from a polar opposite experience and preferred dealership in Annapolis, the shear lack of attention or willingness to provide information to potential customers at Stevens Creek is detrimental to new and faithful owners to the brand. Eric Swanson is a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with regardless where other departments failed to follow through.
