If you need a drug test anytime soon, DO NOT come here. I had to drive an hour yesterday AND today just for them to tell me their drug screening systems were down, despite me CALLING and them telling me everything was up and running. This situation is literally going to cost me my job offer if administration doesnt get their s**t together. Thats not the staffs fault I guess, but it certainly didnt help that they are the most unprofessional people Ive ever encountered at a health clinic. Save time and dont come here. Highly disappointed.

They make an appt for 11 to come in at 1245 , come in say 10 words walk out to say they will be right back 30 to 45 mins later. It's beyond ridiculous the wait times. If they can't do time management, they need to reassess and make appointments differently. They are not the only profession that has to work. Making a 11am appt should not take 3 hours to even be seen or talked to.

Celia Andrews is always so nice and very thorough in her examination. She listens to all I have to say and makes me feel heard. The rest of the staff is also quite pleasant. It was a good experience.

Tried to bring my 7 year old in for an ear infection when I got off work. Lady at the front desk DENIED my child care because we didnt have a mask. I asked if they had any masks and she said were now charging $1 per mask because weve been giving them out too much. I am pretty certain this is ILLEGAL. Do better Bellavida!!!!
