I just had a pretty awful experience at guppy's. The staff didnt seem to care much for our party. It was apparent that we were not getting the same treatment as other parties. We had to hunt down servers for every little thing which was kind of ridiculous. In addition, We even had a entree that wasnt put in and didnt even get a apology for the mistake. Our bill wasnt even correct. However, we were so fed up and wanted to leave. As a local business owners who prides myself in providing my customers with a great experience I felt that there was much to be desired. I honestly cant say that well ever be back after our experience today.
Apparently this is an establishment that steals from its customers. If I could give less than one star I would. They are dishonest and no one from my family will be returning. My family and I were here about two months ago. They overcharged our group by about $200 (our bill was high so we did not notice at first). We called the next day, and they said they would "review the footage and call back". They never called back, and it took a month of calling, and two in person visits to the bar itself for any action to take place. They refused to refund the money, despite admitting that they had video evidence that we did not order the food/drinks we were charged for. Instead gave us gift cards to make up the difference. Just tried to use the gift cards they gave us and was notified that there is no balance on the card. Unbelievable. I would not recommend that anyone visit this bar.
