Employee was SUPER RUDE in several ways and instead of honoring a priced item or saying it was a mistake by staff thought it made sense to imply shoppers were swapping tags of items marked several times clearly - all over a pair of shoes and then keep fighting the issue IN A SECOND HAND STORE that acts like it serves the community as charity but still is really FOR PROFIT (and as such should care about industry standards for how to treat customers) especially as prices are hiked up for things like Walmart brand dresses pretending they are a faux boutique (the store was set up lovely and clean and that part was pleasant). It was a horrible experience and I left about $50 or more on the counter because I was that offended. This was after cold treatment 2 times prior (about dressing rooms and where to cash out). Usually employees that disgruntled is a sign of a larger issue so I hope that whatever is making your employees that unable to treat customers with professional courtesy and dignity is addressed. If I want to be treated with a snooty condescending attitude (and have someone imply customers are thieves in a wanna be boutique atmosphere) I can walk into any boutique I cant afford - Ive never just walked out when there was stuff I really like (including items that are sentimentally special that I found) and never felt offended enough to bother reviewing a non restaurant experience.
