Never felt so mistreated in my life. After the shop manager (Brent) admitted that his guys had installed parts on my car upside down and not replaced all the correct parts for the job he still refused to refund me any money for the bad repair. Ended up having to spend $1800 dollars at another shop to have the issue fixed. The owner never responded to any of my emails about the horrible treatment I received by Brent. I did a Facebook post warning my friends about these guys and turns out more than one of them had already been ripped off by superior service center shops in the past. For how much these guys charge for labor per hour you might as well just take it to the dealer and save yourself the nightmare.

Took truck in several times for leaking steering fluid. They replaced pretty much everything over the months of having to keep taking it back and cost several thousand dollars. Got it back after driving less than 50 miles in 2 months to find damaged suspension. Steering never was fixed 100%, took to dealer instead.

got my car looked at twice at two different shops, both estimated the fix would cost $900 decided to get it looked at one more time before i got it fixed. it costed $50! very grateful.
