If I can give 0 start for how we were treated on 1.7.24, I would. I think this was the worst restaurant experience I had in my life. The staff was extremely rude, starting with the hostess. We had a reservation for a 2pm birthday brunch with my boyfriend and when we asked if we could sit at another table further away from a crowd of 8 people, we were told that “that table is not set, so you have to sit here”. There were at least 10 open tables around, so it was not busy at all and they closed at 4pm. We didn’t want to start an argument, so we just sat down. The hostess asked to take my coat and I said I just want to take something out of my pocket, which was met with “We’re not going to go through your pockets, you can keep your coat”. Then, when I asked for a spoon to stir sugar for our tea, the waiter said, “I imagine it’s hard to stir with your finger”. There were two tables, who also had a birthday and got a candle in their dessert, my boyfriend did not receive one, even though the reservation said that it was a birthday brunch. At the end, we received a confusing check that had a gratuity line and every time I asked about it, since a grand total and a total charged were different amounts, a different team member kept taking the check away and returning with a new copy. A third person told us that “we are not in the business of stealing” and “I have no control over what’s written on the check”. The food was amazing and I feel like if I’m going to spend $320 dollars for a vegan brunch, I wouldn’t receive such rude attitude on such a special day. They've completely ruined my boyfriend's birthday.

I was looking forward to Anniversary brunch here BUT very disappointed in food quality ! Eggs Benedict was nice but Petit Dejeuner was not to 5 stars quality (croissant was dry not buttery at all, shaved ham was dry, one boiled egg was cold - the only fresh item on my plate was half avocado). Place was clean and well sanitized. Overall OVER PRICE !! Plus having to pay $32 for a valet parking where I could just park my car myself. One great thing from my experience to this place was SERVICE. Everyone there was very friendly.

Incredible lunch. I had grilled ceaser, halibut and a petite carrot cake. All fantastic, but the halibut stole the show! I will also note the amazing service and the perfectly timed delivery of each course. Don't pass up an opportunity to go here!

This brunch is amazing. As tourists from DC the closest we have to this brunch is the Four Season and Ritz Carlton brunches. For two people and a Bloody Mary it was about $210.00 Pull into the Rittenhouse hotel for valet, it is $20.00 with validation. Take the elevators to the 2nd floor and make a left to see a sign "Lacroix 210". My jacket was taken and we were seated promptly for our 11 AM reservation. Our waiter was a bit shaky, he was a younger guy, but he took so long to get the iced, bottled, and sparkling water going, let alone my vodka, that we got up without his guidance and headed to the buffet. Fortunately the capable host saw our overwhelmed faces and took us on the tour. I HIGHLY recommend you allow someone to show you around for the tour if it is your first time here! First they walk you back into the working kitchen! The menu is EXTENSIVE and the heartiest food is back here. Chefs will carve and serve a majority of the food to you. The best desserts (hello liquid nitrogen apple cider and chocolate fountain!!) are in the kitchen as well. Exiting the kitchen you'll find desserts, healthy desserts, and Vietnamese styles desserts sitting next to a mini Buddha. The main hall contains smaller, appetizer portion plates. This food here was a little too much for my palette. I like my brunches to be simple, smoked salmon, omelettes, champagne or vodka, and bacon. lol Speaking of omelettes there is not a traditional omelette station. Request your omelette through your waiter and he will bring it directly to your table. The bloody mary bar is next to the host stand. They were only missing bacon as far as I could tell. (they have bacon they just don't have it at the Bloody mary bar). We were in a rush to get to the football game but we could have easily stayed here for hours enjoying the range of foods. I was in black leggings and a long sweater. My boyfriend was a in dark pants, a football jersey, and a Northface coat. We did not feel out of place at all. There were people in collared shirts and dresses but there was also a couple next to us in a t-shirt and sweatpants. The ambiance here is much more relaxed than a Ritz Carlton brunch and we loved it!

Last week, a close family member dined at your restaurant. He is deathly allergic to nuts and asked multiple times to ensure that the meal he ordered was nut free. After he began eating the dish, a staff member ran out to tell him the meal actually contained hazelnuts (to which my family member has an anaphylactic reaction to) and he had to rush to the emergency room. This displays pure incompetence and negligence on the part of the restaurant. My family member could have died because your staff didn’t have the basic knowledge of what goes into your own food. This is extremely unacceptable! If you have an allergy please reconsider dining here.
