You were also unavailable to get in to do the install so yes it took a while. You also did not seam to worried as it was purely cosmetic repairs of a project we installed 20 years ago for you. Sorry it took so long but you know I was out of commission for three months with bells palsy. Then you went on vacation for a month or had other things happening.

Dont use this company if you have a deadline. I hired Olson Sheet Metal to do a small repair job on a rail in our kitchen. Total time between taking measurements and actually doing the install was over 14 months. (Not daysMONTHS.) There were a couple of no-shows. After each failed appointment, I called to find out why he didnt show. Always excuses, including he was on vacation. Im the customer. I shouldnt have to call him to follow up. Granted, on one occasion he was ill and unable to work, but again, I had to call him to find that out. This dragged on and on and on. Meanwhile, I worked around the problem for 14 months. Eventually, the actual time for the repair took less than an hour. (Labor charge was exorbitant, but thats another matter.) After the fix, and thinking Id give him a second chance, I requested a quote for another small project in the back yard. He took measurements. 6 weeks later, having heard nothing about a quote, I told him to forget it. I called a contractor who gave me a quote and completed the job in 5 days. Thank you, Discount Steel! As for Olson Sheet Metal, this was without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ever! There are far better businesses out there. Dont waste your time on this one.
