Worst customer service and sense of urgency! I have been going back and forth with them for going on 2 weeks and have gotten NOWHERE! I`m yet to even pay for something that was supposed to be ordered over a week ago! It was stated that this was urgent and NO ONE CARES!!!! They don't call you back, take days to answer emails etc. No sense of urgency! Now I can see why companies are moving away from ABForm!

Ordered a fleece pullover Dec 12, no shipping notification so I could track it. Didn't put my name or box number on the package so it was returned to FedEX. So it's been 9 weeks and I still don't have my order. Just I will look into it and no response till I send another email. Maybe I will get it in time for next winter.

This place is amazing! I went to get a pair of steel-toe work boots and the girls were super nice and helpful in guiding me to the right boot that met my needs. I will definitely be back. If you need any kind of serious work wear, this is the place to go. The customer service is second to none!
