I asked to have ends nipped off and she cut inches! I asked to comb hair straight down and cut and she pulled it up and cut layers in it. It is a horrible cut . My hair took forever to grow out and she messed it all back up again. I asked for hair color with no purple in it. .And she put purple in it. I was charged 125 dollars for a hair cut and color . Horrible experience! NEVER AGAIN !!

Had a scheduled appointment. Asked to sit in the hair washing chair. I sat there for 10 minutes while my stylist had a conversation with another customer. Literally had one straight cut off bottom of hair and stylist began to blow dry. Realized that they still had another customer who was left with highlights in her hair so "to save time" because my hair is so thick they moved me to the chair dryer. I sat under that for a good half an hour while they finished up the other customer. Top of my head was sore from the heat. Never checked on while I waited. I actually apologized for slouching in the chair (which may have prevented my hair from completely drying) but the amount of time mixed with the heat just became too much. My comment was blown off because they knew they were in the wrong. Double booked or a walk in?? Not sure what happened, but it isn't professional to work on two customers at one time. I went in anticipating a regular priced hair cut and walked out paying way more than I ever have there in the past. Super disappointed with this visit.

I hate my new hair cut so much. I am embarrassed to even have my hair down. It will probably take 2 years to grow to the length I wanted it cut to. So not only was the length way off from what I said I wanted but so is the color! I had pictures of what I wanted. I didnt expect it to be exact but its jot even remotely similar. I even asked her after she was done putting the fouls in if it was going to look like the pic, she assured me it would and it does not. The layers dont even look close to the layers I wanted. I now have choppy layers that I HATE! I also asked my eyebrows to be darker brown. Now they are lighter than before. I paid 170 and got NOTHING I asked for. Some people may like it but I do not, it is not what i wanted at all! Youd think with 20 some years of experience they would've got 1 thing right that i asked for. HORRIBLE! I'll never go back.
