The worst paint I have ever used. It costs $240 per gallon, and is very difficult to work with, leaving visible brush marks due to its composition. After two years, the paint started cracking and peeling, as if it did not have the proper durability and elasticity. We had to repaint everything with a different brand. We contacted the owner, Emmet Frank, who blamed our existing paint and primer, and would not stand by his product. A complete waste of time and money made by a company that does not care about its customers.

Just a note to say that I drove half an hour out of my way to stop by this store when I was recently nearby in Quechee. It was definitely during business hours, but when I parked in front of the store, I saw someone through the window lock the door and they refused to answer when I knocked. Middle of the workday and not lunchtime. Don't know what happened there, but it can't be good for business.

I wish I could give this product more stars! It doesnt matter if you are painting an exterior door or interior walls, cabinets, built ins- anything! I used to use big box stuff (think wooded animal paint) and it would last a short while but never had that wow factor. The most recent painter I hired convinced me to try this brand on my front door. The difference was incredible! Then he tackled my cabinets and I was extremely nervous but he assured me this product would make it look like they came straight from the factory. Again I was astounded. Upon reading other reviews here, I can only assume the people who didnt rave must have not have been professionals or simply did not prep their surfaces appropriately. Otherwise they would have been just as impressed as I am. I would assure anyone using a professional painter who recommends this product to absolutely spend the extra money on this. If your painter uses the brand you find in the forest, youll likely get a job that looks like it was done by the same creatures who inhabit said forest.
