worst customer service from top to bottom there are no good points whatsoever about customer service when it comes to Doral building department extremely unorganized from front desk all the way out to field inspectors very rude rude rude and I'm the paying customer give me a break take some lessons from Miami-Dade county and look at the way they do things atthewebsites!!!??..extremely efficient extremely efficient which is just the opposite of you
Customer Service with The Front Desk Lady is very unpleasant, her attitude and the way she talks is like she hates the Job, I know for years the staff here including the inspectors and everybody else are very helpful and respectful, but front desk customer service needs attention, we as the we as the Tax Payers and Property owners for city of Doral deserve more respect so pulling permit is Pleasant not a nightmare, than include us as the contractors whom want to pull permit and be in compliance as daily basis.
