I really was excited about this property, but when I arrived I found out that though it is a townhome, there is almost no existence of a yard. The units that back up to the Monon trail, literally back up to it. maybe 10 feet from you door to it. There is no separation between you and your neighbors outside, this is a disadvantage. I was also surprised that you needed a parking sticker, but their was no assigned parking even though the parking spots where right outside the unit doors. Ultimately, I found this property to be more than I wanted to pay for the experience I felt it was promising me. You may find it to be just the place for you. I hope you find it to be a great home.

Overpriced, can barely get down the street to even park due to so many ppl parking on the streets. A violent sex offender also lives in the area.
