DO NOT BRING ONE OF A KIND ITEMS!!! I brought my pageant sash in to get my name embroidered on the back wouldve been Okay except they did it upside down. I was really sad it took a full week for my name to be wrong. I called in on the sixth day they said it still wasnt ready no big deal. They said they would fix my name after I left on day 7 I got a call saying there would be all these holes from where the stitching was after they removed it. Annoyed i have no other option i told her to fix it. She proceeded to tell me they questioned the positioning before they did it but yet didnt call to confirm or ask me if it was correct. She told me it wasnt clear like left shoulder or right shoulder on a shirt. Its a sash it only reads correct in one direction! How is that not clear? It was only $17.99 for my 7 letter name but offered NO DISCOUNT for DAMAGES??? DO NOT TAKE SENTIMENTAL ITEMS HERE!!!

I brought in a baby blanket that was one of a kind and I took it in to get my nephews name stitched on there for baby shower gift. The people were nice enough, there were lots of options to choose from and when I picked up my blanket it looked good. However, as soon as I started handling it I noticed there were a lot of loose threads and thinking sometimes garments will have extra threads that the seamstress forgot to remove I tried to remove it myself only to find out it was actually part of the design and by removing that I started to unravel the letter. Well I found this problem on several letters with small, loose threads poking through the fabric that would easily be removed or lifted from the fabric. I would not dare to even try to wash this blanket for fear that half my letters would be completely unraveled by the washing machine which is kind of ridiculous because it's a baby blanket, it's going to be used. Long story short I took it in to voice my concern and see what they could do, very nicely might I add, the lady looks at me and says what how hard did you pull it and it looks fine to her. She basically told me that I did all this myself, its my fault that the letters were unraveling because the stitching looked good. I have no idea what she was looking at but it definitely was not the same thing I was and then she said there's nothing we can do for you again because it's fine, you figure it out. Now I'm off to Joann Fabrics to see if somehow I, a non-professional seamstress, can fix a supposed professionals work and make it into a usable and non embarrassing gift. So, so very unhappy right now. UPDATE: So I went to Joanns and found a professional seamstress who said to me exactly this. They used the wrong thread type for the stretch fabric, they used the wrong type of backing and not enough of it so it's going to be rough on the baby's skin, they didn't use any thread sealant and that's standard practice for these types of items, they used dull needles AND a HOME MACHINE! They didn't use a 12 bobbin because the threads that are supposedly my fault, aren't even attached to the threads stitched on the bottom second layer!! She showed my I had to use Fray-Check to mend all the seams by hand using a needle, tedious work btw, and I had to get a fine-tip permanent fabric marker to fill in the holes in my letters. My shot embroidery job has now cost me over $30, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS!!!

I work for a landscaping company and this winter we needed our Carhartt jackets embroidered ASAP so we could get the guys fitted (because it was literally freezing). I put in a rush order and within 2 days Mary and her team was able to setup my logo and embroider the jackets perfectly! I will use them again!
