Never again will I travel from Moorestown to try and buy fresh ravioli from this establishment. Came down last week to buy ravioli due to a misunderstanding on my part I walked away with no fresh ravioli. My wife had spoken to the owner and cleared things up. Flash forward to today and I go for ravioli only to be told they have none. I'm sorry but this is just poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least.

Their vegan mac and cheese is terrible. Did you even taste test it?? Also, your instructions tell the user they can microwave it in the METAL container it comes in... How is this place still in business? add-on, in response to the company's statement of "This is a very popular item in our new Plant Based line": Yeah, people try new stuff all the time; but I wonder what percent would ever buy this product again. Probably less than 0, meaning no one would ever consider buying it again and some people even wish they could or actively try to return it cause it's so vile. My question of whether you taste tested it was not rhetorical: I honestly wonder if anyone at the company tried it and was like, "yes, this is good". If so, was it someone with taste buds? Did they have an active COVID infection and therefore a muted sense of smell and therefore taste? I'm surprised the containers can be microwaved, but.... eh, whatever, cool, neat.
Outstanding staff who consistently exceed Customer Service expectations. Food is delicious, much variety. I highly recommend Severino with no hesitation.
Overrated is probably the best words to describe this place. I picked up 3 dozen ravioli for Easter dinner, and a homemade Soppresata. I make my own and wanted to compare (pic included, mine is on the left.) Their Soppresata tasted more like Genoa salami. It wasnt pressed either and was real fatty. The ravioli wasnt bad, but it wasnt great either. People like me who are first and second generation Italians who make our own wine, sauce, Soppresata, cheese, ravioli, manicotti and know better, this place is a fun try, but a hard pass. I can see how those whove never had real Italian food would like this place, but as for me who was optimistic and tried it, it was no good.
