Customer service is horrible. I had to call to get information about my shipment just to find out it was delayed 3 weeks. No Supervisor or Manager was ever available. Customer Representative told me I had to email for anyone higher up. I am beyond dissatisfied! Will NOT be ordering from here again!

Untrustworthy. Do not rely on this company's assurances of anything, especially "in stock", or "delivery" and "ship" dates. Every statement was nothing short of a ruse. "In stock" means it's in stock "somewhere", but it's not the USA. "Shipped" only means they charge your card, but item hasn't shipped. "Delivery date" means desk is still sitting in UK, with no delivery date in sight. Item never left UK. Waste of time, money and energy. EDIT TO INCLUDE REPLY TO OWNER: My post was from 3 months ago, so why would you be looking for an order in the last few weeks? Your so-called reply merely demonstrates more excuses and ongoing lack of attention to basic facts. If the quality of your product mimics your "service", I'm glad I never received it. Rather that focusing on marketing, I recommend you concentrate on fulfilling orders and being forthcoming.
