Hi Stacey, sorry to hear that, we can assure you that we take this issue very seriously because we do incur charge-backs losses sometimes, but as a merchant we're not allowed to require an ID for credit card purchases even thou we do ask for ID in some suspicious situations! Thank you for bringing up this matter to our attention!

You store on market street in upper Darby allowed a customer to use a credit card that was not his!!!! This is why companies ask for photo ID but I guess your company is different! The card that was used was my husband's after his lost his wallet yesterday while working! The card is now reported stolen/lost!! Piece of advice ask for photo ID it's not hard nor difficult!

Went to get a phone, fisrt they supposed to open at 11 and no one's was there until 12 then the seller told me to pay mine first and wait a month. Not helpful at all!
