Wholly inadequate packaging: soft toy sent in thin plastic back that was ripped in four places when it arrived, and toy dirty. Fortunately managed to clean the toy so as not to waste resources by returning it. But P&P charges easily covered better packaging that a 15c bag. Also note that their "insurance" covers the fact they "will assist you with making a claim with the courier" and not actually do anything themselves. Customer service never responded to my message. Once star given as the shipping was fast.
Amazing customer service! I called yesterday (Thursday) saying we needed a present sent before Monday for our little girls birthday and they got it to us the very next day we were so amazed how quick they got it to us. Thank you so much
Thrilled with my purchase, ordered online late Thursday night, paid for express delivery, my parcel arrived in perfect condition at 8:15 Saturday morning. Brilliant service, the toy was a much better price than other places, thank you Discount Toy Company!!!
Not enough items for 0-2 yr olds in store. Staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than providing service.
