Terrible experience here. Had an appointment, was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. The associate was very rude and condescending as we tried to navigate what the best option for data recovery was. Would not recommend.

Called ahead to see if they had a part for MacBook. They claimed they had it and even gave me a quote. Refused to make an appointment on the phone so I made one online. When I speak to the rep, they inform me that they misinformed me and can't help me. Complete waste of time.

THANK YOU! Mike's Tech shop helped this old woman with her new computer. I went in expecting to spend hundreds of dollars to transfer the information from my old Mac book to my new MacBook Pro. Since I had already purchased an external hard drive, the gentlemen in the store showed me how to use the hard drive (apple support had failed to explain the steps to me) I walked out of there without spending a penny. But I know that when I need further support, I will be taking my computer to Mike's!

This is one of those days where I wish there's a zero star rating. This business was unhelpful and putting down the customers, every step of the way. The technicians shut me down and did not give me a chance to explain the emergency situation, even with an appointment for a later date, and embarrassed me in front of other customers shaming me that I was cutting in line. When I called on the phone, customer service representative claimed that if the appointment is made pass warranty, then out of warranty rates would be charged, unless I obtain exception from Apple. To paraphrase, "we have no control over what rate Apple decides to charge," pushing the responsibility back onto Apple's shoulders. The lack of flexibility to handle this situation is a reflection of poor training. This small business shows no interest nor wants my patronage. Would not do business with them again.
