Super disappointed in the poor customer service. We started a non profit after my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We ordered over 100 shirts to ship all over the US as part of our first fundraiser. We received them and we are short a few sizes and some of the print is not centered. We sent a note to the owner and were told it they have strict counting procedures and essentially will do nothing about it. Apparently hes an expert and the customer is wrong. Hill Country and Christian Villarreal has plenty of business and has ZERO concern for service or quality. Buyer Beware!

I cant say enough great things about these guys to really do them the justice they deserve. From the moment I met Christian it has been 100% professionalism. Then I saw Phoebes work and talk about skill. I had previously tried to have my ideas made into graphic design for some t-shirts with another company and it was like pulling teeth. Not with these guy, they had me a design within one business day that was nearly exactly what I had in my mind. Phoebe is the best graphics designer Ive had the pleasure of working with and I have worked with many designers. Overall I would give them 10 stars if I could & I plan on working with them for years to come...
