The girl at the front desk is extremely rude. Mgmt not friendly either. I discovered this after having my car fixed here. Then found all the extra damage they had added to the car, such as torn headliner, broken interior lights, oil inside the car, damaged locks, & they broke my car key (in half!) Very unprofessional. When I brought this to their attention they told me to go to Autozone & buy a new one. Which is ironic bc Autozone does not even sell or repair my type of car key. Won't be coming back here.

Went to get a quote for repair of my car but I was given the impression by the clerk that I was a hassle, bothering her. I asked about a full repair/paint job for my car and an arbitrary high-dollar figure was quickly given to me. I was told I would get a phone call in regards to them finding parts to repair my vehicle but never received it. Message received, my old car isn't worth the shop's time and effort so I will attempt to try and fix it myself.

Courteous and friendly staff. Hiten, the owner of the shop, helped me expedite the back and forth with the insurance company, while also getting my car fixed in the time that was quoted. Great, no fuss experience overall.

Highly recommend Quality Assured very reputable had 2 cars repaired here and both came out looking brand new. Original parts factory paint. Hiten is a great guy and very honest and knowledgeable in auto body and paint. Goes above and beyond!! Very clean shop. I have been nothing but patient throughout the whole last 2.5 months of my car being broken , and stuck in their shop for repairs and my patience is gone now. They haven't had my car fixed "fast" yet like these other reviews claim. Second time in the same shop. Going on day 3 of missing work because of this. Will update when I eventually get my car back
