Went there only to save time. Watched them use an impact gun to put on my lug nuts. Asked them to use a torque wrench at 104 ft/lbs. They outright refused to do the job correctly and professionally.

If I was able to give them zero star I would do that. Today I went to the store with my friend to repair my tire. The way the guy treats us was so unprofessional and unethical. I dont know why but he doesnt want to answer our questions. He was being sarcastic and rude. He even tried to raised the used tires price just because he didnt want us to buy it. I recommend NOT to go to this store anytime. If you did go there, never expected any customer service at all.

Hit a curb, blew passenger side tires on MLK, coming north and only a donut for 2 flats. That was 4am in the rain. Called all the used tire stores and he was the winner. I work in a shop who also busts tires and I guess it was the price shock that got me cause I have never paid more than $20 for a used tire. EVER! Don't get this wrong, I needed at least 1 tire to get me home and they had it. So, I know ride around with 2 spares that I paid $40 for the pair lol enjoy your prices I'm not going to do it again. I may just bring a couple loads of tires up here!! Gold mine Seattle is...lol
