Here's the reply I received from William C explaining why I did not like my resume writer (this was not the reason I did not like my resume writer). This was his last response to me, and they refuse to refund my money. They've done nothing for me at this point, other than take my money.They would not listen to me. What a waste of money. "Matthew, Please move forward with your new writer without arguing. You did not like your previous writer because she was providing you suggestions and guidance. ****** is your new and very qualified writer and she will take great care of you but we will not get into arguments with you *****e had a simple question and that was asking you if tomorrow works for you for her to give you a call. Move forward. We will help you. We will not waste your time and we will not have our time wasted. Thank you for understanding!

Started out well. I would absolutely not use them. I should of known not to pay before I received the service. I working with an agent but became sick and had to go on LTD. William C, they don't use last names nor do they have physical offices you can visit, at least at the Denver and Lakewood offices I went to, said I could come back at any time. When I was able to go back work and wanted to complete the resume I could not by any means get a response. I tried email and phone multiple times. Phone calls always to to a voicemail in my experience. I tried chat and when I told them my name and that I was an existing client they told me some one would contact me and stopped the chat. No contacted me by any means even when I went to the main office and gave the receptionist for the building my information which she said she would pass to them. The building looks to be a server farm with cubicles that different businesses use to lease to the technology. I gave up. No chance of a refund and I don't want there service.

I recently decided to leave my job after nearly six years with the same company.
