Online bookings only ... Great idea... 10:30 on a Sunday morning. Turn into Island Road ... a queue of about 10 cars at the barrier Get through and directed to park at the far end. My car is full of small pieces of wood, so I have many trips to and fro . "Where do I put the toilet?", "Have you paid?", "The website says, and I was asked at barrier, if I had Soil, Plaster Board, Rubble", " You have to pay for ceremic", "it didn't say that, and I was asked. How much and where do I pay?" "2.50 per item, so pan and cistern will be 5. You have to pay at the gate when coming in" .... so I came back with a toilet ... absolutely useless. These people run it as a business rather than a (paid!!!) Public Service, as such, they don't care about recycling, only to make a profit.

After booking online and having a reference number (email)on my moblie, is proof of address really necessary on arrival, my HGV driver card wasn't good enough (even though it's linked to my address) ?
