Worst customer service ever! I dont why it make it so difficult for there new customer to open act. Waited on the phone for 20 mins, nothing is done. The company really need to train there stuffs. What a joke!
City services will never be perfect, but their customer service staff over the phone have been polite and helpful both times I have called. Switching account holders for my apartment took about 15 minutes.
Terrible service. They find everyway to overcharge you.
