I apologize for the lack of communication on this order. Normally we output proofs on this type of project and if you are not satisfied we just charge the minimum output fee. We do strive for customer service and have been in Waldo for over 50 years.

My husband ordered prints of a picture taken on his iPhone of our son, hoping to make nice Christmas gifts for family members. He asked for whatever size would be most sharp/non-pixilated and on high gloss paper, as we wanted nicer prints than what we could have done ourselves on a kiosk at CVS. The images were not clear- but that wasnt the real issue here. My husband was told he should have realized they dont specialize in this type of work (why was the order accepted at all then) and when he asked to buy them at a reduced price (since it was clearly not what he wanted and he figured paying something for them would be helpful), the owner voided the receipt and threw the pictures away in front of him. I am appalled by the customer service of this place and would recommend you take your service elsewhere.
Poor communication/customer service I called on a Thursday needing cards made for an important event that was taking place on Sunday. I had two people emailing me about the same order. On Friday, I asked both of the people I was communicating with to let me know when the cards would be ready. Neither of them responded to multiple messages and then closed for THE WEEKEND so I did not get the cards for my event.
