Absolutely horrible customer service. If there was a zero-star option, I would still rate below that. If you want professional work done right and on time, look elsewhere. I don't want to elaborate on the miserable experiences encountered here, I just want to ward anyone away from here and let this serve as a warning. Might as well make your own shirts, and don't believe those 4+ star reviews. It's all baloney. UPDATE: There is no "Spencer" in their database because there was absolutely no way I would patronize a place with such nasty staff.

Cons- 1.they messed up my shirts even with the design I had emailed them 2.They lied about me not sending them an email with the design since the guy himself used my phone to email the pictures to his email address 3.Had to pay them full price before they did the work 4.No refund for messing up the shirts. Pros- 1.They offered to print shirts again with no extra charge but it would be on different quality shirts and pick them up 3 days later but I didn't because I needed the shirts 2.The lady gave me some credits for the next purchase.

Great experience from the phone call to the direct in store service. Although they didnt have the shirt size i needed, i am truly impressed with the work quality on the shirts they did have the size for. Great shirt quality. I will definitely return to them to complete bulk orders. #FamilyOwned

Such a friendly staff and really quick turn around! I was in town for our company's annual soccer tournament and we needed team names and numbers printed on the back of 16 jerseys. The staff stayed open to get the job finished because the tournament was the next day. The jerseys turned out great! Some of the nicest people I have met.

Medium quality print, worst quality customer service. Swears at you for no reason whatsoever. On my first visit they were shouting at someone else for no reason. On my 2nd visit, he sweared at me for no reason. I am still confused. Avoid this place. Stay away from such trashy human beings.
