Thanks for your feedback and glad you enjoyed the ravioli. Our pasta is made fresh every week. We freeze it because it reduces waste and also provides the freshest product to the customer when they choose to use it since it it frozen immediately. As a small business this is the most efficient use of resources and labor. Almost all 'fresh' products at the grocery store are frozen, sometimes for weeks or months, and thawed for sale. The raviolis were very good. But do not let the name fool you. The pasta is frozen. No need to go to the main location except for more variety. $8 per dozen is alot.

The ravioli is excellent. The lasagna is not as good. I ordered the 4 cheese & roasted garlic lasagna . It was just too much ricotta, almost entirely ricotta with a few pasta sheets.

Sadly, I was unimpressed with the quality and taste of the pasta I tried. I bought the frozen four cheese lasagna, the spinach lasagna, and two different types of manicotti. Unfortunately, they were all sub par. The amount of garlic would keep vampires away for years... try at your own risk!
