Daniella Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!! Definitely deterred us from wanting to purchase a car from the dealership. We spoke with her that morning before arriving we made an appointment at noon to look at a vehicle (with several correspondence in between). Once we arrived we saw that car pulling out of the parking lot. She then proceeded to tell us the car sold at 10:30am that morning. In our conversations that morning we told her we were a little over an hour away. She didnt have the decency to tell us the car sold prior!? If she would have told us we still would have come to look at other vehicles they had to offer possibly but nowNO THANKS!
Mr. Fedro, Thank you for validating the fact that we were able to correct your initial issue. I am sure after wasting time and money at the first facility you visited it must be a relief that Thruway Nissan was able to accurately diagnose and repair the ECU issue. As stated in our previous response (this is your 2nd negative review for the same visit) the cost of factory components and labor can be higher than aftermarket solutions. Quality OEM parts and factory trained technicians might not be the cheapest route but the piece of mind knowing that your Nissan was fixed correctly has a high value to most owners. Again we are pleased that you were able to repair the vehicle at a lower cost and hope that the aftermarket components provide you with many miles of reliable operation. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. Paid $2000 for a fix. Original problem was resolved, but another problem arose afterwards. The car was bucking. Brought my car back the next day and was told $750 to fix this issue by Mike Pussilano, Service Director. They refused to take responsibility despite the NEW issue only beginning AFTER they touched my car. I FIXED IT MYSELF IN 10 MINUTES for $135 TOTAL. The the entire fix consisted of 2 screws being unscrewed and a part being switched out. That scumbag wanted to charge a kid making minimum wage $750 for a 10 minutes $135 fix. These are very bad people. Do NOT go here. (Cant wait to hear your BS response Mike. Itll make for a good laugh.)

I was purchased a new Nissan and after 1 week starts the vehicle to have tons of warning lights and I send it back to my dealer thruway Nissan and the don't want to give me another car till the fix it
