Not really impressed with this place. I got my frames there last week. They don't really offer any personalized service and advice on how to pick frames. They also nickel and dime the heck out of you for something like just a cleaning cloth. There's better places to get eyeglasses.

This place is highly unprofessional. Wrong contact info and contact history of their patients. Make promises that they dont keep, very unaccommodating, and that would include, especially, during COVID. Im finding a new place for my business.
Staff was prompt, competent, and kind in office. The doctor mentioned giving me trial contacts, and if they worked after a few days, to go ahead and order them. Well, they didnt give me a trial, and they just ordered them. Turns out, the prescription isnt a fit for me, and I have 12 months of lenses that I cant wear. I left multiple voicemails and emails about my options, and I havent heard back in well over a month. I understand things have changed with covid, but with emergent appointments still happening, I find it hard to believe that no one is listening to voicemails or reading emails. Im incredibly disappointed with the tail end service, and Ill have to pay again somewhere else for a new appointment and lenses, putting me out hundreds of dollars.
