This is a horrible place to live. Prices are outrageous because of add ons and fees for things youll never use. There is zero forgiveness on being even one day late on rent. Youll never see your deposit no matter how much you clean your apartment. Fancy place Ill give them that but its like renting from the devil

If I could rate zero stars I would! My wife and I just left after our lease went up. Ive never had worse communication from a complex before. We were told things would get fixed then we wouldnt hear back for weeks even up to a month before we would reach out again just to be told that it Was gonna be fixed soon, then again no communication. They also stack fees up like nobodys business, even the move out fees! We were told wed have to pay 100 dollars to re carpet no matter how much we cleaned out carpets and then we get the bill and its more like 150, Im fine with paying a bill but when Im told its gonna be 100 the you chalk on another 50 bucks it just feels like they wanna shaft you one last time before you can get out! Wouldnt recommend to anyone ever!!!

Four Seasons is AMAZING! I had the opportunity to stay with a resident for a few days and didnt want to leave. The amenities here are endless. To name a few, theres a pool, multiple hot tubs, gym, event center, dog park and even a community garden. What more could you ask for? And of course I have to mention the staff, theyre so kind and treated me as a resident during my stay. Lets just say I cant wait for my next visit :)

After renting while waiting for our house to be built, we were told to leave everything in our apartment including internet and cable items when we left. (Covid just happened) We did exactly as we were told. A month later we got a call from collections asking for $375. When we tried to call four seasons we got a Im not sure or a our manager will call you. They wouldnt even tell us what the collections were for. Finally after 5 phone calls we were told its because we left our modems and they can do nothing about it. Very disappointed when we did exactly as we were told and they refused to make it right. Mostly disappointed about the bad costumer service.
