We try to keep our entire staff in the highest integrity, energy levels, and willingness to assist in whatever capacity is needed by the customer. Good store with a good selection but one of the ladies was a bit rude , not really good customer service
This was my second time coming to this store. My first time in the store was amazing the employees that worked that day were amazing, kind, and helpful and I was excited to make my future purchases here. Although all that change today, my experience was the complete opposite of that. Some of the employees lacked costumer service skills. I felt pretty discriminated. Im not sure if it was my brown skin, clothing, or the very few tattoos I have on my arm but the way they asked if I need help made me believe they thought that I was gonna steal even though my hands were visible the entire time, nowhere near my pockets or purse. At the end of my shopping experience while I was leaving store I told my friend how I felt and she then confirmed that they did indeed thought I was gonna steal. The employees said very loudly Shes gonna steal from us and she sees one of them walking very fast towards me to ask assist me. I definitely will not be coming back based on this experience!
I just went here yesterday. The environment and atmosphere was nicely arranged and set up, very welcoming space overall. The only problem I have is I bought a pendulum while I was there and the employee who rung me up said she was going to put gum on the end to make sure it dosent chip, however when I got into my car to take a closer look, the tip was already broken off. Im not implying that the business mislead me into buying a broken one, but I found it weird.

The staff here are all so awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I always come in with my doggie and they are ALWAYS warm and welcoming! Thanks for spreading love and light!
I gave a call ahead of schedule and the lady did not mention that it closes 15 minutes before the time online and I got there one minute ahead of schedule and they told me that they could not let me in even though I was the last customer and they had one minute left then I walked away and called them and talked to the lady about it that I called then she lied and said that she did not talk to me and she was the only one in the store and I could tell by her voice completely unprofessional this is my first time there I will never go there again
