Refrigerator was 2 months out of warranty. Customer called and said refrigerator was freezing everything. I said even though its out of warranty I will repair it for you free of charge. He said you have to come today. I said if we have time will stop by to look at it. One day went by and he called back.I asked the customer to send me a picture of the thermostat, Called supply house was not in stock. Had to special order. Text him and told him that. The next day he Called the office and gave my employee a very bad attitude, My employee was trying to be nice and said why are you giving me an attitude do you want your refrigerator fixed. The man paused and then said yes with an attitude again. As far as answering the phone, we were probably on the phone and you did not choose to leave a message. Just saying you wouldve got more bees with honey if you wouldve been nice. If you wouldve chose to be nice and not have bashed us on the Internet we wouldve come out to replace the thermostat. I am not obligated to repair something that is two months out of warranty. Thank you and good luck. And for your information we have fixed equipment for customers that were six months out of warranty but they talk to us with respect. We stand behind all our equipment and have a very good reputation. When something is out of warranty and someone is going to do a favor for you and fix the unit, You need to be nice.

DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE 1ST THEY DONT BACK THEIR PRODUCT 2ND THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME TELLING YOU THEY WILL COME FIX IT 3RD THEY WILL STOP ANSWERING THE PHONE 4TH THEY WILL NEVER COME. I AM A YOUNG BUSINESS OWNER WITH MANY YEARS AHEAD OF ME SO THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE FIRST TIME I WILL BUY EQUIPMENT THEY KNOW IT AND THAT IS HOW THEY TREATED ME.
The customer called and wanted pricing for a job. He was dealing with another vender for a long time and just like that he wants to deal with us. Something was very fishy. He tells me about his business and what he was going to need. My last question was where is the store located. He tell me Manhattan . I told him sorry we dont do Manhattan . He then say please you were highly recommended to me. Can you please help me. I said no sorry. The was the end of the conversation. At least thats what I thought. No joke he called my office 20-30 time for the next 2 weeks. Now if that not a red flag not to deal with someone I dont know what is. Well any way now he writes a bad review and we never even did business together. My assumption is he owes the other vender money and now he was scrambling to get someone else. I feel bad for the vender who built his store. This guy seems like a nightmare customer .

Was given this companies information from a trusted individual...I must say that I never dealt with such UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE . BE CAREFUL IF YOU PLAN ON DOING A TRANSACTION WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL...MOST LIKELY IT WILL BE A DISASTER. TO CLARIFY, YES WE WERE WORKING WITH ANOTHER VENDOR AND WERE DEALING WITH A DEADLINE, BUT WERE DEFINITELY INTERESTED IN PURCHASING CERTAIN LIKE NEW ITEMS FROM KITCHEN KINGS RATER THAN FULL RETAIL. ie: Hobart Buffalo Chopper, Mixer Under Counter Refrigeration etc.
